Gallagher transfers back to Moycullen ahead of Galway SFC's start

Former Galway forward Owen Gallagher has transferred back to Moycullen from St Joseph’s in Antrim.

Gallagher had previously transferred to Moycullen in 2020 before returning to his home club in Antim last year.

Now, he is back with the Galway champions ahead of the county senior football championship start this weekend.

Incidentally, former Leitrim goalkeeper Nevin O’Donnell has also transferred to Moycullen this season from his native Shannon Gaels in Cavan

Cathal Clancy’s men will open their title defence against Naomh Anna, Leitir Móir on Saturday evening at Pearse Stadium (6.30pm).
